Our Services Are Now All Under One Roof
We would like to let our patients know that our Freshfield site has now permanently closed, and all services will continue from The Village Surgery, Elbow Lane.
We want to reassure patients that there is no reduction in our service or appointment capacity as a result of this change. We continue to offer the same number of appointments, with the same practice team and the same range of services, now delivered from one site.
The decision to close Freshfield was made due to the increasing costs involved in maintaining and running two separate premises. Bringing our services together at The Village Surgery allows us to use our resources more effectively while continuing to provide the care and access our patients expect.
For our patients, everything else remains the same. You remain registered with the same practice, supported by the same team, with the same level of appointment availability.
